Your Vital Body Blueprint is a comprehensive, body-first process designed to support nervous system healing and lasting change — from the inside out. It’s rooted in Somatic Experiencing®, the pioneering trauma resolution work of Dr Peter Levine, and integrates my 15+ years of experience in somatic therapy, bodywork, movement, and counselling.
You’ll learn how to listen to your body’s cues, spot the patterns that keep you stuck, and build real-time tools to shift how you respond — to stress, to emotions, and to life.
This work reconnects you to your inner world — sensations, signals, emotions — and to your outer world too: your relationships, your boundaries, your presence in the here and now.
One session at a time, we build your capacity to stay present — even when things feel big.
We follow the intelligence of your body.
We work at the pace your nervous system can actually integrate.

This isn’t talk therapy. This is somatic work — which means we engage with your biology, your physiology, your moment-to-moment experience. That’s where trauma lives. And that’s where change happens.

You’ll also receive written guidance and optional access to live, online mindful movement classes each week — designed to support nervous system health and create a sense of safety in motion.

This isn’t a one-off session or quick fix.
It’s a structured, supportive journey — tailored to you. You are of course welcome to not continue at any point, however it is best approached as a process over time.

I’m Charlotte. I’m a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, registered somatic movement therapist, and longtime bodyworker. I’ve spent over 15 years working with clients through the lens of the nervous system — and over 20 years walking my own healing path through trauma, addiction, and chronic health challenges. My approach is warm, gentle, compassionate and sensitive to all types of trauma, including developmental trauma and CPTSD.
This work is real. It’s not always easy. But it’s the most worthwhile thing I know.
