Hello and welcome, I'm Charlotte, and I offer somatic healing in the form of yoga, qigong, somatic movement, Somatic Experiencing and Massage Therapy. I’ve been working with clients in this way since 2008.

I'm naturally caring and an optimist. I'm passionate about this work, creative, stay up to date with the latest research, and enjoy drawing links between a wide range of different areas.

I'm interested in a holistic approach to health, which includes exploring the way we move, our habits and the way we focus our attention, living in rhythm with nature, the seasons and our natural cycles, as well as our relationships & community.

I'm interested in what's meaningful you, and how we all find healing in different ways. I never make assumptions and prefer to ask you questions and listen to understand more aout you. When we work together, I'll be really interested in you and your uniqueness, to explore how we can best work together,

All of my work focuses on bringing health and regulation to your nervous system : this is the foundation of good health, and positively affects our health on all levels.

Why do I do it?

Because life is better when we learn to connect with our bodies!

We all experience hard stuff : pain, big life transitions, stress and trauma. I know also that we all have the ability to be with the hard stuff, to move through it and even to learn and grow stronger from it. To do this, it's essential that we learn to work with our bodies.

I’m an experienced practitioner, but first and foremost I'm a human who has experienced pain, complex trauma, eating disorders, serious addiction and burnout. The methods that I offer have been the ones that have brought me healing, personally, and I believe in them completely. I also witness positive shifts from the people that I work with, daily.
