ACCOMMODATION

I'm very excited to be teaching my first ever Yoga retreat, at the beautiful Brantridge Park manor house in East Sussex on 10-12 June. The house was built in the 1850s and set amongst 90 acres of outstanding natural countryside - The South Downs. Rooms are available on a twin share basis with friends or fellow retreat guests and will be in groups of 4, within an apartment with it's own lounge, kitchen and bathroom. We will share meals together in the main house. If you'd like some privacy, there's also the option to have your own room and en suite bathroom (prices below). There are plenty of cosy communal spaces to curl up with a book, bath tubs galore for leisurely afternoon soaks and acres of land to explore on foot. Brantridge Park is really easy to get to, just 45 minutes on the train from London Bridge or Victoria to Three Bridges and then a 15 minute/£12 taxi ride from there. Crawley and Gatwick Airport stations are also close by. The venue address for planning your travel is: Brantridge Park, Balcombe, West Sussex, RH17 6JT.

FOOD

Meals will be lovingly prepared by Tatu Bearcroft, a health food chef and naturopathic nutritionist who draws on global flavours from a childhood spent living in Africa and Asia.  You'll enjoy an abundance of colourful and nutritious vegetarian food and we guarantee you will not go hungry. What's more, you'll have the opportunity to try your hand at some healthy cooking with a 'Raw Chocolate & Sweet Treats' cooking workshop on the Sunday. Tatu will be happy to chat the breeze on all things food and nutrition and sends many people home feeling utterly inspired to try out new recipes.
