A Somatic Practice to Support Loneliness

If you’re feeling alone this holiday season - know that you’re not alone.

When we’re feeling lonely, we can quite often feel shame around this, like we’re the only ones in the world experiencing it. So it might be helpful to be reminded that we’re not alone in this experience. It’s very common, and it’s a part of our human experience of being alive.

This doesn’t take away from it being a difficult and sometimes painful experience. Here, we explore the somatics of loneliness, with a somatic practice to support the feeling of loneliness and expand our capacity for feeling connection.
