From May 2014:

Restricted breathing can make us feel like we're caged in. Where we sense the physical limitations of our breath, we also sense limits to our freedom.

Unrestricted breath is like an infinite wave running through us - inhale - pause - exhale - pause - infinitely, happening of its own accord. We simply need to get out of its way to allow it to happen.

By learning to let go and freeing the breath, we can expand our sense of freedom and ease in being exactly how we are, at this moment.
