The weekends will be focused on grounding into nature, and a tune-up for our nervous systems, to unwind, let go of held stress and restore energy. We'll be arriving on Friday late morning / lunchtime and leaving on Sunday early evening. I'll be sharing the practices of yoga and somatics through the weekend.

ALL of the activities / classes are optional, so if there's ever a time you simply feel like staying in your room or walking around the beautiful local area by yourself instead of joining the group, please feel free. This is all about following what you need. There will be free time for resting / journalling / walking / whatever you'd like to do. We also have back-up options if it happens to be raining.

Friday after settling in, we'll take a walk around nearby beaches before a gentle grounding movement and reiki practice, followed by dinner

Saturday morning, we'll practice mindful movement on the beach and then (if you're feeling brave!) a swim in the sea. Breakfast on the beach.

On Saturday, option to go by boat to nearby Brownsea Island, where we'll explore the beautiful island, see the red squirrels, and take a gentle outdoor movement and reiki practice and a picnic.

We'll go out for dinner and see the sunset on the beach.

On Sunday morning, we'll take a mindful movement practice on the beach again (and maybe a swim if you feel like it) and bring a breakfast picnic to the beach. There will be some free time for you, with some options provided, like heading to nearby Compton Acres gardens or Studland beach by ferry. We'll then meet for lunch and an early afternoon gentle movement and reiki practice before heading off on our merry way!

What's included : 

Your own room at a quiet hotel next to the beach, surrounded by woodland

Transfers to and from the train station

Seasonal, whole foods breakfast, lunch + snacks (catered for what you need or would most like to eat)

Small group movement with awareness (yoga, qigong and somatics) classes each day : Friday, Saturday and Sunday with individual guidance, and healing reiki sessions
